Download this zip file and unzip it. Please read the included readme.txt file before installing.
IMPORTANT: You must first disconnect the power to the base unit of the phone, then connect the base unit to the computer using the USB cable, then reconnect the power to the base unit of the phone. If the USB cable is connected while the base unit is still powered, the computer may fail to detect the base unit of the phone.
You may need to download and install Windows Installer 3.1 from Microsoft if it is not already installed in your computer. |
